Use this address for support, account questions, payment discrepancies, content reports, privacy questions and requests concerning your personal data or account deletion.

What to include

• Your PortalPi/Pi username and the game or feature involved.
• A description of what happened, the approximate time, and the browser or device you used.
• For a payment issue, the payment or transaction reference, amount and expected package.
• For a content report, a page link or canvas edition and pixel coordinates that help locate it.

A screenshot can help explain an issue. Remove private information before sharing it. Never send a wallet passphrase, private key, authentication token or recovery information.

Community channel

The PortalPi Discord community is another place to discuss games and ask general questions. Use email for account-specific or personal-data requests, and keep private details out of public channels.

Account and privacy requests

Describe the account or data request you want the team to handle. Account-holder verification may be needed before a request is processed. Read the Privacy Policy for the information used by the platform and the Terms of Use for gameplay and community rules.
