Using PortalPi Games

PortalPi Games connects a catalogue of games, player progression, competitions, tournaments and shared creative experiences. By using these features, follow these rules and the instructions shown for the game or event you enter.

You can browse public pages without an account. Features that save progression, submit scores, make payments or contribute to community content require the relevant account connection. Use your own Pi account and keep your sessions secure.

Fair play and account activity

Do not cheat, automate gameplay to manipulate rewards, falsify scores, exploit bugs, impersonate another player or interfere with the platform or other users. Scores, event entries and rewards are subject to validation. Invalid activity may result in removed scores, withheld or corrected rewards, or restrictions on the affected account.

Report a bug rather than using it to gain an unfair advantage. Use post@portalpi.games to report account or gameplay problems.

Virtual balances and Pi Payments

Coins, TWER Credits, keys, XP and other in-platform balances have the uses shown by the relevant feature. They support gameplay, progression and platform functionality. An account balance does not guarantee a competition prize or a future conversion option.

Pi Payments can add TWER Credits, and the platform offers purchases of Coins using those credits. Check the displayed amount, currency, package and network before approving a payment in Pi Wallet. Payment verification and the resulting balance are tied to the account that initiated the purchase.

For a missing balance or payment discrepancy, contact post@portalpi.games with the payment or transaction reference and your username. The purchase details shown for the relevant feature and applicable consumer rights govern the transaction.

Competitions and tournaments

Events run on supported games and have their own registration windows, entry requirements, scoring rules and stages. Check the event page before entering. A finished event is not open registration for a new event.

Participation does not guarantee a prize. Eligibility, ranking and any award depend on the published event rules and validated results. Some features may require additional account or wallet information before an award can be processed.

Community content

Reviews, profile content and Community Pixel Art contributions may be visible to others. Share only content you have permission to use. Do not publish private information, harassment, hateful content, unlawful material or content that infringes another person's rights.

A shared canvas can be changed by other participants while its edition is live. Moderation may remove reviews or revert pixel placements that violate community rules. Report problematic content through the Contact page with enough detail to locate it.

Game progress and changing worlds

Each game determines how its scores, saves and progression work. Wildscar uses seasonal worlds that may reset when a season changes. A personal Realm is designed to retain its builds across those seasonal changes. Building actions can consume supported materials when you choose to use them.

Game rules, available features, events and virtual-balance uses may change as the platform evolves. Refer to the relevant game page and published updates for the current experience.

Privacy and support

The Privacy Policy describes account, gameplay, payment and browser-storage information. For questions about these terms or a specific account issue, email post@portalpi.games.
