About Slingshot Squad

Slingshot Squad is a physics slingshot puzzle. Enemies hide behind and inside structures of wood, stone and other materials. Pull back the slingshot to launch the members of your squad at them. Destructible obstacles break and fall, and a level is won when every enemy is defeated. If your squad runs out before that, the level is lost.

Controls

• Press on the slingshot and pull back to aim; the trajectory guide shows the path.
• Release to launch the character.
• Tap during flight, or just after the first impact, to trigger the character's special skill.
• Select a booster before a shot to apply it to the next launch.

How to play

1. Look at the structure and find the weak points that support the enemies.
2. Pull back, aim and release to launch your first squad member.
3. Watch how the structure falls before choosing the next shot.
4. Defeat every enemy before your squad runs out; a better score earns more stars.

Progression

Levels are grouped into map regions that unlock as you progress, and new regions give experience and item rewards the first time you clear them. Characters can have special skills such as cloning, dashing or exploding. When opened from PortalPi Games with your signed-in account, diamonds and other shop items can be bought with PortalPi coins.

Playing tips

• Hit the base of a tower so the whole structure falls on the enemies.
• Use a character's skill at the right moment; an explosion near the target does more than one at the start of the flight.
• Double Damage, Explode, Extra Shot, Ghost, Magnet and Slow Motion boosters each help with a different kind of level.
• The Ghost booster passes through obstacles and still hits enemies, which is ideal for enemies hidden behind walls.
• Replay a level to earn more stars once you know how its structure collapses.
