About Kitty Hole

Kitty Hole is a timed colour-matching puzzle. Cats of different colours sit on a grid, and each level contains holes shaped like puzzle pieces. Drag a hole across the board: when it passes a cat of the same colour, the cat jumps in. Every hole has a fixed number of places, and a full hole leaves the board. Clear every hole before the clock reaches zero to complete the level.

Controls

• Press on a hole and drag it to move it across the grid; release it to let it snap into place.
• Use the booster buttons during a level: Freeze, Magnet and Star.
• Use the pause button to open settings, replay the level or return home.

How to play

1. Check the timer and the colours of the holes before your first move.
2. Drag a hole along a path that passes the cats of its colour, keeping clear of walls, obstacles and other holes.
3. Watch for cat dispensers: some cats wait inside a block and only step out toward a hole placed in front of the direction it faces.
4. Fill each hole completely so it leaves the board and frees space for the rest.
5. Clear the last hole to win the level and collect its coin reward.

Progression

Each level attempt uses one energy point, and energy refills over time. When opened from PortalPi Games with your signed-in account, your unlocked level and in-game coins are saved to the platform, finished levels submit a session score, and the coin shop lets you exchange PortalPi coins for in-game coins used on boosters.

Playing tips

• Plan the route of a hole before dragging it; a hole parked in the wrong place can block the path of another colour.
• Start with the colour that has the fewest cats left in the open, so its hole disappears early and gives you room.
• Line up a hole in front of a cat dispenser that matches the next cat colour it will release.
• Save Freeze for the end of a long level: it stops the timer for a short time while you finish the last holes.
• Magnet pulls matching cats into a hole for you, and Star sends a single cat straight to its hole; use them when one awkward cat is holding up the level.
